In this section, you will learn how to greet and introduce yourself and others in Spanish.
Completing this module will help you:
- Be able to introduce yourself and others in Spanish.
- Be able to greet people in Spanish (Say hello & Goodbye).
- Ask people where they are from.
- Use courtesy expressions.

Then write down which response goes best with the question or statement. You will be turning this in on Schoology.
Identificar: You will hear a series of expressions. Identify the expression (a, b, c, or d) that does not belong in the series. Listen to the audio as many times as you need to. Turn this assignment in on Schoology. (Do not write what they say in Schoology, write the letters either A, B, C, or D.)
You will complete this video on Schoology. Make sure that you take time to do a great job on this assignment. This assignment is going in as a quiz grade. You can do the video with a classmate, parent, sibling or friend. If your partner is not in this class or doesn’t take Spanish, then you will need to make the script for the person that you work with and possibly help them with it. I will need to be able to see you talking in the video.

Your video will be two separate conversations – One that is formal and another that is informal. For one of the conversations, you ask the questions. On the other, you answer the questions that they ask you. Both must contain the following information.
- Asking someones name – and a logical response.
- Ask how they are doing – followed by a logical response.
- Ask where they are from – and a logical response.
